New 2009 CD: Disorganized Fun!

Click here to preview and download the MP3's!

Finally done! I'm extremely excited. I had a lot of neat things accidentally happen in some of these songs. Took longer than I thought to get out, but I'm glad it did because of the way a few of these tunes progressed over time.

The album art was done in watercolor by Kori Michele Handwerker. She's the reason I can't wait to see what the actual physical copy looks like. I'm ordering them in a matte finish. They should be really neat.

Here are some more things about the new CD I think some people might want to know:

- iTunes: It's finally up! Click this hyperlink to buy from iTunes
- Physical CD: You can now order my new CD! All pre-orders (before Sept 10th) were shipped on schedule (Sept 10th). If you live outside the US, shipping usually takes 10-14 days, sometimes less.
- Physical CD Signing: I will still be signing the CD's if you buy 2 or more, including if you buy the old+new CD.
- New MP3 Store: Starting at about 2PM today, all downloads come from a new server. That means if you buy my CD, it should download pretty fast. Yeeah!!
- MP3 quality: 320 Kbps

PS. Thanks everyone for the nice comments on the about this new CD. REALLY REALLY appreciate them.

  36. 36 Meg

Mr. Jenkins you have made me a happy lady with your new CD.

Each track has obviously been crafted with care. I love the expanded version of "Throwing Fire" and the standout tracks for me so far are "Outer Space" and "Fifteen Fifty."

Mostly I am so glad to have my own copy of "Throwing Fire" and "Stay Crunchy."

Happy was the day I discovered your music just by chance (and made a note on my calendar).

Good luck with your sales, may they go through the roof.

  37. 37 Nick

    RJ. Bro.

#1. This CD is even better than I expected.
#2. The wait was painful but I'm only on track 5 and it's already worth it.

Rock on dude. Thanks for taking your time. It really freaking shows.

  41. 41 David G

I agree with the few posts above and the 175 below...your hands should be tested for anabolic steroids. I sincerely hope you don't take your fame into a cabinet making career. I think a lot of people would just give up on life if anything ever happened to those hands of yours.

  42. 42 Zanco

Thanks so much RJ. Heard your STS9 beat a week or so ago and instantly fell in love with your music. Bought your new CD and it's amazing.

  43. 43 John

Downloading right now. I can't wait to listen to it. I've been following you for a long time and still your music is awesome to listen to. To this day I can still listen to some of your original music over and over. Keep it up and hope to hear some new tunes in the future.

  44. 44 sbe

Finally the long wait is over and i had a chance to listen through the new album. I'm sorry to say it wasn't as good as i had hoped. I guess it's just a combination of having heard many of the tunes on youtube earlier as well as some of the tunes just not clicking with me the way most of the tracks on the first album did.
Some of it might of course be that i had such insanely high expectations that nothing could ever hope to fulfill them. However, the finished Disorganized Fun is pure awesome, and the finished versions of the other tracks previewed on youtube are good as well, but the other ones just don't click with me. I feel they somehow just don't have quite the same epic feel to them like the first album had on the melodic tracks. But hey, they might just grow on me over time, who knows:) I will keep watching and waiting for new tunes and albums and hope there will be many more tunes that click with me the way your first album did, keep up the good work RJ!

  45. 45 bperry

Hey awesome tunes man. Keep up the good work! (The wait is finally over and i'm enjoying the new music!)

  46. 46 Acc

    Thanks man

  47. 47 KoriMichele

Fixed! Sorry about that, I was in a hurry getting this post up. :) Thank you, Kori!!

  49. 49 Kainan

Perfect sounds for cruising on a hot summer night with the windows down in downtown Portland after a baseball game...

    downloading....
    thanks!

  59. 59 Danny JK

I'm Thankful of your new CD.
there is some quality beats on here.

the top track is without a doubt Throwing Fire!

other close followers are here in order of goodness

    Disorganized fun
    Stay Crunchy
    Outer Space
    Synth one
    guitar sound

I love your music, it's so epic.

Im glad you finally released your cd because after the Michael Jackson passing i was feeling quite depressed at the fact such a great musician/entertainer has left us.

the albums only set backs for me are ....I feel some tracks have been left out which i was personally looking forward to, from the youtube videos...
    these...

I'm on iTunes! +NEW BEAT & Impov Jam

Improv on a new beat! Had too much fun on this one. X2

rannndom improv jams - some hip hop & some funk/techno

had these tunez been on your cd i personally think it would have been your 'thriller' masterpiece.

p.s the tracks you rhyme on sound cheesy, i dont know wether it's your rhymes or your voice or the vocal effect you use, but it just ruins the beatz for me, sorry to be a lil negetive here but im just sayin what i think and feel. I recon your image is one of the factors too, i mean when i see you, you look like a middle class white guy and then you rhyme and you sound like chamillionaire, it just doesnt add up in my head.

to me you're a Genius composer/producer but that talent doesnt seem to follow through in your MC'in skills

Overall the good is Great and it massively outwieghs the bad, much respect.

I wish you all the best in the music industry, I hope you get to work with lots of other talented artists and become wildly successful through bringing the joy of music back to people.

    i hope
(Improv on a new beat! Had too much fun on this one. X2)
    is on the next cd.
I need to hear a finished version of that so i can have a high quality eargasm.

I am very serious when I say that I have never, ever heard anything as amazing as I have with this album.

This CD (and your music in general) absolutely grabs you and does not let go. I can be angry, sad, depressed, or of any emotion at all, and the second I listen to your music, I feel an unbelievable sense of inspiration, solace, and a surreal sense of serenity. It sends chills down my back.

Your music is something that must be experienced, and I can't thank you enough for effort and talent you have put into this album (and the album prior.) This is some of the most amazing music I have ever had the pleasure of listening to.

I've already bought the MP3's, but I'll will certainly be buying the CD's as well. You deserve every single cent. Every single person I know will soon know about Ronald Jenkees.

Ronald Jenkees, sir, you are absolutely unbelievable. Thank you, and please keep up the amazing work.

Fantastic, congratulations on the new CD, it's definitely something to be proud of. I'm sure you're relieved to have it out, if a little apprehensive -- but you have NOTHING to worry about, it's brilliant!

Looking forward to more youtube videos now that the CD is done!

  71. 71 Arjen

Greetz from The Netherlands. Listening to the cd the second time now. I guess Guitar Sound went nuts in the studio :). It refused to be contained in just a couple of minutes :). Love the album RJ!

  72. 72 Sean

Clever move to use Amazon S3 for the peeps to download from, very spiffy and scalable :)

  76. 76 Kenny

Ronald, I am music binging on this album--all night last night, all day today. The wait was so worth it! You are musical hero!

No amount of praise is enough, and just as praiseworthy as your music is your humility. It's an inspiration to us all. Don't let success get to your head when you become a true celebrity soon! Plus, you'll be a millionaire by the end of the month. I hope that transition goes smoothly for you, and is not too shocking.

There are a million praises I have for the album, but I'll let others say them. I do have some criticisms that I hope you won't resent; I hope you'll appreciate some feedback and keep making your music better. I'll send them in an email; no point in cluttering up this torrent of triumph here.

    We love you, Ronald!

  77. 77 Jaggy01

Bought the CD as soon as I saw alicsibu's note on his video cover of stay crunchy (which is excellent btw !).

The sound of each track is immaculate. it hits like a ton of bricks. I'm infatuated with 'guitar sound' and 'stay crunchy' at the moment.

Now that the album is out, i'm hoping we'll see a couple more of those quick clips of yours. It's been awhile man :)

Hats off to your good work and keep it up! Looking forward to more.

    Rock on!

  78. 78 Kimmo

This album will last real long. The amount of details is just mind-stunning. I find something new everytime I listen your new album. You pulled it off Ronald even after all the expectations were through the roof. I love your raps and you got some real attitude in those songs. Your music truly inspires me.

Keep it up Ronald and thank you for every song :D

  79. 79 Aaron Wiltsey

I just found out that my computer speakers will indeed go to 11 without distorting. Thanks for the hits, RJ!! The new album is so mystifyingly good I don't know what else to say. ;)

  80. 80 xenhook

    Masterpiece.

  81. 81 don "get off my back" Lawler

    Now...about that 3rd album....

  82. 82 Matt Cosby

    Yo fella,

Downloaded the newness last night and fell asleep listening to it. This is a great piece of work and I hope it brings you much success financially and personally (that comes with doing a job WELL bro). You have been very generous to me by sending me cds in the past so I downloaded both the new and the old.....just cause you deserve it. Thanks for the hard work and the new jams.

  83. 83 Estevan

I know you probably won't, but you should release instrumental versions of the raps. They have really nice beats.

  84. 84 Jay F

RJ, I'm 35 years old and recently hit the gym to get my butt back in shape. Your music inspires me and helps me push my limits in every workout. Listening to this new album, I'm definitely gonna have to expand my workout playlist.

In all seriousness, I enjoy your music so much more than anything the music labels are putting out nowadays. I admire your decision to go independent, and I hope you prosper greatly from it. Keep up the good work!

    God bless ya,
    Jay

P.S. Just finished "Throwing Fire" while writing this... incredible.

  85. 85 marshallcanfly

loving every second!! well worth the wait!!

  86. 86 Dee Seezil

    yes, a masterpiece. brilliant.

  87. 87 Ben

Don't listen to the haters, your raps are as legit as they get

  88. 88 Ryan

man o man the wait is finally over. Ive been waiting a pretty long time for this one. I just read your issue in the leo the other week. I was pretty pumped to see that Louisville was starting to catch on to a great artist they had rising up. Ronald, dude you are the man. this cd is going to be awesome.

    listening to it right now.

    WELL WORTH THE WAIT.

RJ, YOU ARE PROBABLY THE BEST MUSICIAN SINCE BACH.

I wanna promote your music in every way I can (not-for profit) and advertise you as much as I can. Your music will bring about world peace one day.

    RONALD JENKEES FOR LIFE.

  90. 90 Dev

The New CD is EPIC!!!! Guitar sound is unbelievable! The keyboard solo at about 4:35 is ridiculous! I bought it off your store within 10 minutes of its release! It went at about 10kb/s and took roughly 2 1/2 hours to download but was totally worth it! :P

  91. 91 Black Man Person

    MIND = BLOWN
and that's just from a preview.

Can't believe I gotta wait until your album's available in iTunes. It's the only way I can get a copy (I'm too impatient to wait for the physical cd when I can order the same album online thousands of times before I get what I ordered).

    Now...
    MAYK A NUTHURR WUN NAO!!!

    Just kidding...
take as long as you like RJ. Although, I AM anxious to know what you'll do next.

  92. 92 zach

  93. 93 Orlando

Bad ass, can't wait for physical CD

  94. 94 Kyle

RJ, the new album is brilliant... just amazing work and I can really feel the effort that has gone in to mastering each track.

Thanks you for publishing your music, it moves, motivates and inspires me!

Really look forward to what comes next!

  95. 95 kisst

    Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  96. 96 Zack

  98. 98 Vic

  103. 103 Saritor

Finally!!!!! This will be playing on my iPod and in my car for months.

  104. 104 Momentum

Now that the new cd is out. will you put up some new vids? coz that is where it all started. :)honest

    i miss the vids!

    About the new cd:

All great offcourse tho i hoped there would be more then 11 :) We want more!!

The rap songs are funny. but to be honest you dont have the voice for it.

Somehow i find that there are things in there that sounds like stuff from amiga games. I realy like that.

The best about this cd is that it brings up a feeling of joy that i had when i first heard the youtube vid.

I do know that this cd will be placed in my memory as a trigger for a great feeling.

same like we have with smells. the right smell or sound can trigger a memory or place your mind back in time just like that!!

Keep up the fun and joy.

i'll search for fast tracker or octamed again :) those were my music tools back in the day creating chiptunes!

ps: how many have you sold allready in this short time its out!

  105. 105 Sylenced

Congrats on your second album release bud! I think I speak for everyone when I say we love what you do, and how you do it! I've never seen anyone more inspiring when it comes to doing what they have a passion for and loving every minute of it! You're music is incredibly unique, upbeat, uplifting, and just all around awesome! You've personally inspired me to dust off the keyboard and attempt to re-ignite my own personal fire for playing an instrument and I can't thank you enough for that boost I needed!

Thank you so much for releasing this album, and keep up the good work bud, look forward to any and all of your next hits!

    - Syl

  106. 106 Dude

Outstanding work done by an outstanding artist.
That's exactly, what it is. Every song of this album is a masterpiece.

Best track (imho) is "Throwing Fire", although the intro (first 17 seconds) still sucks *lol*. But seriously, the "new part" you added to this song is even better than the part we all have seen a million times on youtube.

"Stay Crunchy" is even better than the pre-released version.

And I laughed my ass off when I heard "Outer Space" for the first time. The way you finagled around the "Unsolved Mysteries"-part was hilarious...

Thanks for your great work and keep them coming...

    Greetings from Munich

  107. 107 John

    OH MY GOD
    ITS FINALLY OUT!!
You dont know how much i love you ronald jenkees.
In the most non gay way ever.
    Haha :P
You're the most amazing musician i've ever come across in my entire life.
No matter where i move, what i do, where i drive, you're honestly always there. Home computer, Mp3, Car stereo, you're on everything.
Guitar Sound gave me chills at 0:22. I play the guitar and it was such a sick riff.
    You're truly inspiring Ronald Jenkees.
Don't ever stop what you're doing.
    And never...ever...EVER Sell out.

  108. 108 Jeff

Great to see the album is finally out. I'm really enjoying all the different sounds you have to offer.

The rap songs aren't as good as the previous two, though Let's Ride gave me a good laugh. That being said, I'm really glad you kept with the rap tracks. They're little bundles of fun that I can't do without.

I was thinking that Throwing Fire was going to be my favorite, but I'm really digging the finished Disorganized Fun. Also, I'm enjoying Synth One a lot. It's one of those songs that really surprised me.

Lastly, I'd like to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed being taken along for the Youtube-to-CD production ride. It's a fun, extremely interactive journey that I hope you keep up. It allows people to be connected with music that isn't finished, but isn't entirely unfinished. Hearing what you tune out in the end is pretty great, even if it's not exactly what I or someone else would like to hear. It's the switches and last minute alterations that really make me say, "Oh, that's cool."

Keep it up. Stay crunchy, my friend.

    @ Ara Pehlivanian

Now Ronald is good, but I'm sure you had other albums to dump than Mezzanine. ;)

  109. 109 Ernst

    He did it again!

I remember playing the first album in the car (and certainly ignoring the speed limit at the time) driving home from a stressful working day and almost crying because of the spirit emanating from those tracks.

And then finally after a long wait along comes this second album. (And paypal had a hick-up just that day!)

Listening at it this very moment. We had a a rough time the last couple of months and from what I heard until now these vibes again are as soothing as it gets. Will burn the MP3s to CD and play it as loud as it gets!

Thanks for sharing this with the world.

    Ernst

  110. 110 Alex

I bought this CD two days ago and all I have been listening is to your cd. THIS IS AWESOME!

    thank you so much!

  111. 111 Inside Joke

WHACK! THIS CD IS WHACK! (in a good way). OH YEAH! LOVE THE RAPS!!! HOLLA!

  112. 112 David G

After spraying burning keyboard all over his new release, Ronald Jenkees has, as they say in the Greek, "taken things up a notch". This has to be disheartening to the other artists out there who are red-lining it and can't get more than six people to subscribe to their page. I think RJ would say to those people to never give up. Keep bashing that keyboard, keep throwing the hammer down on that dulcimer, keep massaging that fretboard, just keep on keeping on. After all, it's when you aren't trying to be the next big thing that you become the next big thing. For now, though, the battle is for second place. RJ is so far out in front now that he could get his own show on the cooking channel and still rate more musical mojo on the you-tubes than everyone else added together for the next ten years. The beautiful thing, though, is that the Legend of Ronald Jenkees has just begun. How sweet it is...

  113. 113 iko

Thank you for sending me into another dimension RJ ! :)
The whole album is crazy good. I put it on non-stop.
btw "15-50" is a ridiculously hot new track !

  114. 114 Kenny Bier

Excellent new CD Ronald!! Here's what I like -

Disorganized fun - Definitely one of my favorites. Love that second lead you got goin @ (00:40 sec)
Fifteen-fifty - One of my favorites on the C.D. Progressed alot from the original preview (love the lead at 1:13)
Guitar-sound - Classic of course, one of everyone's favorites. I really like how you extended it and jammed it out. Sweet effects.
Inverted mean - Great slower song. Love the classical style shredding (1:27)
It's gettin rowdy - Your flows are really gettin good. The flow meshes really well with the beat. Catchy.
Let's ride - Another good one. Your beat on this one sounds serious (btw I like your raps, and one of my friends especially loves your raps, specifically 56k)
Minimal MC - It's good. Got an ambience feel to it. Cool to chill to.
Outer-space - Hell ya! that's what I'm talkin about. Sickkkk jam. This one came out ridicously awesome. Love all the riff's (the harmony added to the halloween riff (1:46) lol!; the break-down at 2:03; the bells at 3:00!!!! and the dirty riff that follows it...then it picks up again with multiple bell riffs...that is one of the best parts at the C.D. (my favorite part)
Stay crunchy - Probably my favorite by you. I flipped shit when I first saw the Youtube video for this one.
Synth one - Love it. Really kicks in and makes you bob your head. Sweet snare on it (808 you said right?).
Throwing fire - Definately my 2nd favorite song you've made. The phrasing is just insane. (I've learned 90% of it on guitar, I hope to make a youtube video maybe). Basically every section of this song is perfect.

There you have it. I know you enjoy positive feedback and I had some time to kill. Take it easy!!

  115. 115 Helen

YESSS! I asked for this album for my August birthday last year, and now I can get it for this one! :D

Also, I read your article in LEO and I was so excited to see you getting some recognition. You rock! Literally.

  116. 116 Rommel

There were two things I was looking forward to this summer above all else. One was the Harry Potter movie. The other was this album. I have to say that the latter is proving to the be the more entertaining of the two :)

Keep up the good work. Keep rocking!

  117. 117 donnie

stayyyyyy cruunnnchyyyyyyyy I love the music good job Ronald my dads been gone for a year now but if he herd this he would love it he used to have a band.

  118. 118 Peter

Great CD! My favorite is Guitar Sound, it is absolutely amazing. It's one of those songs that comes along and you are thankfull that you managed to find it. (you know what I mean?)

The wait was a pain in the ass, and I am not a fan of the raps. All in all, you made some fantastic music.

Can't wait to buy it on Itunes!

  119. 119 Anthony

First off, the CD is amazing. All the hyperbole is warranted. There isn't one bad song. Right now, I think my favorite song is Let's Ride, which I'm pretty sure makes me in the minority. Anyway, keep making music, as I'll keep giving you money.

  120. 120 DepecheModem

Well, you missed my B-Day by 3 days RJ - but who gives a ****! LOL. This new album is flippin' amazing!! And just when I thought my favorite song - Throwing Fire - couldn't get any better, you go and turn it on its head starting at 3:12. All I can say is "wow." (Oh, and sorry, but I do agree with Dude; the first 17 seconds...well...sorta suck - but the rest of the song WAAAAAAY more than makes up for that. haha.)

Hope I can meet you one day RJ and shake your hand. You are amazing and an inspiration.

    Stay crunchy.

  121. 121 Liza

My husband and I are chillin' on the deck listening to the full CD in all its glory. I know that you have already produced so much in the last two albums, but I also know that your best is yet to come! We will enjoy watching you grow as a musician for sure. Look forward to many cookouts on our new deck with RJ in the background keeping the party funky.

  122. 122 iamnotamusiccritic

Ronald, this is not only off the hook, it is maximally far from the hook. This so epic that it makes me want to write an epic poem about you: A "Ronaldeid," if you will. de awesomeness Ronaldi non disputandum est! I too love you in a non-gay way.

Hint: the way to keep us loyal fans is to communicate with us! Post on the website about your progress, even if you haven't got music to share. Half of the reason we love you is your persona! We want to hear from you! Communication keeps you in our minds and hearts; with it, we spread the gospel of Jenkess far and wide; but without it, you risk us losing interest, at least until the next beast of an album drops. But like I said, we love you, too, not just your music. So please, communicate with us!

  123. 123 Rex

    ron, you are the man.

  124. 124 Chris

Don't ever stop making music. Ever.

  125. 125 Old Guy

You are so damned entertaining guy.

  126. 126 Patrick

Wow I just about broke my headphone cords trying to get them in to listen to this Awesome CD! So stoked on the new Album Worth every second of the wait, there is so much more depth to the songs than the originals on youtube, this album really takes it to the next level. PS. if anyone hasn't heard this album yet and doesn't have a bumpin stereo I highly recommend headphones... Good show Ronald good show

  127. 127 Patrick

Ok.. I digress, getting deeper into this album I had one of those Holy crap moments where I realized that a lot of people in my life who are not even that close to me are dictating how I am shaping my career. Ronald you are living proof that an Independent artist can make it out there doing exactly what he loves. Mad respect, tomorrow is going to be an awesome day...

  128. 128 Robb Gibbs

Well. Have given it a few runs now as I work at night, and it is everything I hoped for and more. Every time "Throwing Fire" comes on, I just lose control - too great. And with "Stay Crunchy", it's a battle trying to work cuz I'm too busy just funking. Speaking nothing but the truth here. Every track holds together though, and it will be powering me through many more hours of work. Can't thank you enough, Ronald!!! MOAR MOAR MOAR!!!!!

  129. 129 Meg

Everytime I listen to this CD I love it more.

Love the intelligence and complexity within each track. The rhymes are great and show a good sense of humour. (Have to say my fave rap is 56K---can't get it out of my head some days).

What I love most is the quality of sheer joy that weaves through the music.

  130. 130 Tom Murphy

    Constructive Critique:

Firstly, I have posted repeatedly about how much you inspire me to play and how ungodly good your music is.

Secondly, I bought this album immediately without a seconds thought and I'm loving it. Totally happy.

So, with all of that said, I have a few points to feedback after an initial listen or three :)

Being familiar with the youtubes somewhat detracted from the final songs for me. I love the improv stuff and suddenly it was altered, like a remix. My initial reaction was "no, do not want!", but then I realised that if I hadn't heard the youtubes I would be just as blown away by these songs as I was by the vids. Take from that what you will...

Some of the songs perhaps suffered from over attention and over polishing and lost some of the rawness which was a pity imho. Specifically I am thinking of Disorganised Fun which seemed more both simpler and more vibrant in the improv version. Still awesome but it felt a touch over produced... or something? The improv was unrepentant in its rash bold sound, the polished version lost a touch of that for me.

I dont like the rap songs, I do like the songs I'm just not a big fan of rap. Sorry :)

I would love to hear you do something slow and melodic. I understand if thats not your thing but thats part of my feedback. :)

Final Round up... I think you would do much better producing 3 albums a year and having them "rough" then 1 album every 18 months which is really really polished. Don't ask me why, I just know what my ears tell me.

Please please take this as I know you will, constructive criticism of my all time favourite pianist and composer from a big big fan. I aint hating but if everyone tells you how awesome it is (and it is!) then you have no feedback to work from.

In the end, I will buy anything you produce without looking for a review or bittorrenting it first. Thats pretty rare, nay unique man. Rock on you crazy mofo :)

  131. 131 Entro

Great job man it's more then 1 year since u uploaded some songs on YT !!

  132. 132 Tr!pp

    ...Epic.

  133. 133 Nick

i completely disagree with that last critque ronald, this album was the coolest cd i have ever bought, keep doin what your doin, you are dead on hittin the nail on the head

  134. 134 Darren B

    Waited for it...
    Waited for it...
    Waited for it...
    Previewed it...
    Bought it...
    LOVE IT !!!!

RJ, you continually astound me, after watching Disorganized Fun approximately 8.2 bazillion times on YouTube, I thought that was as good as it got. I am sooo glad you proved me wrong, it is a kick ass tune !!!! Also luvvin' Guitar Sound.....sweeet.

Don't mean to be a pain in the ass, but I'm already eagerly awaiting album number 3 :)

Thank you Ronald for yet another masterpiece that will surely get jammed in my CD player (again!!)

  135. 135 Mikey J

If only there was a DVD of RJ jam sessions :-) 'hint hint'

  136. 136 Trade Winds

FINALLY! Great work, as always. You're about to get rich, I think :)

  137. 137 Garret

My prayers have finally been answered!

  138. 138 Chester

I can't believe everyone is giving this such great praise when in fact it is just the same stuff we have been listening to now for the past year and a half. Granted, we all wanted our clean digital copies of Guitar, Disorganized, Space, and Fire. But that's all the album is. But if that was the theme, where's Rannndom improv jams - some hip hop & some funk/techno? And where's Improv on a new beat! Had too much fun on this one X2? Two songs I was most excited about. Shoot, a clean copy of Stay Crunchy has been available for a while now. Thought that song was done.

For an album two years in the making, I was expecting that, and more. Much much more. Although the album is good, it is in fact, what I have been listing to now for the past year and was ready for something new. I have to say it was NOT worth the wait, it is $10 I cannot get back, and it was a great waste of 2 long years.
I guess I can check back at this website again in late 2011 to see how much longer it will be before his 3rd album is suspected of release and pray to God that Rannndom Jams and Too Much Fun X2 will be included on it.

    So just to recap

    - Album is more of the same. 3 or 4 new songs doesn't merit a two year waiting period. (not including his rap songs. although I do enjoy them, his MCing skills are not the reason I started listening to his music)

    - 2 years to make? Album is just to short. First album was great, came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Hopefully he has a few extra songs tucked away for later mp3 release or saved for the physical CD, which if is the case I will gladly buy. Don't want to wait an additional two years for Rannndom Jams or Too Much Fun X2 to come out.

Ronald, I do think you are a gift to our existence. I love your music and it's essence it brings us while unwinding from the world's hateful days - the world is a critic!

  139. 139 Tobias Jordan

    Absolutely awesome, great job RJ!

  140. 140 @ Chester

Chester, what do you expect? Compare this to an artist that has demos which he or she brings to the studio. The people in the studio are hearing it, which is a stripped version to demonstrate the layout of the song. Later on they are trying to make the best out of the song, getting it out of the demo stage into a release for the public. You want to deliver your stuff in the best sound and production right?

What mister Jenkees is doing is showing the demos to us, the fans, on Youtube. He will look at the ratings and comments and will decide what to put on the album in a non stripped-down version, meaning that this will be the actual song, which will be released officially. Youtube makes it possible for artists like RJ to show their demos and to eventually create their albums from these demos.

So, when you hear the demos from let's say Madonna or whatever before the cd even came out and the cd is just a cleaner version of the demos, you are going to complain that the cd is lacking new songs and so on? I mean come on! That is just trying to search from flaws in every way, even if there aren't any.

It is very hard to do create this kind of stuff and RJ is letting us enjoy the early stages of every song. He is interacting with us. That is what I appreciate. Try to do the same thing with the famous artists. And some of them cannot even be compared to RJ, because they suck and still win a Grammy.

So to me your critique is a flaw and you must understand that expectations are always very high, meaning that in the end you will feel very disappointed in almost every situation. So stick with it, buy the cd or leave it aside. Nobody really cares.

The music is great RJ! You have grown from the perspective of the previous album. The demos, which we already saw for years on Youtube, are fine-tuned to actual "album songs". I know that you want everything to be perfect, but you are human and a few flaws in your songs are actually what to expect. Why? Because that divides us from the computers and the arpeggiators created by these types of equipment and so on. So keep up the good work and you are an inspiration to a lot of musicians.

When the physical cd comes out, I will be one of the first to make the pre-order.

Greeting from The Netherlands, as we say in Dutch: ga zo door!

  141. 141 Kev

    @ Chester

I don't usually do this, but I have to say I respectfully disagree, as much as a guy could possibly disagree.

Because you have heard the beginning stages of a composition on youtube, then to hint that it cheapens the album in some way is profoundly absurd! It's maddening! I for one am so freaking happy that he shares that part of his process with us. I'm along for the ride and I'm stoked when I hear the final product in it's completion.

Secondly, how is it that you are not hearing how these songs are vastly improved from the youtube versions? Throwing Fire. Outer Space. Messing with a Guitar Sound. Disorganized Fun. All of those songs throw you 5 or 6 well thought out surprises not found on youtube.

RJ. Bro. Keep doing exactly what you are doing. Even if it takes you 3 years to kick out a CD, I would rather buy from an independent artist who doing the whole damn thing the way it should be done.

  142. 142 Willis

My summer has a new soundtrack. Disorganized Fun.

  143. 143 Maverick

Totally awesome, been waiting for Guitar sound and it sounds so epic! Keep up the good work.

  144. 144 DepecheModem

Just had a thought: Guitar Hero - Jenkees Edition

    Anyone else with me??

Oh, and if anyone (hint: Ronald) can create a version of Throwing Fire for download in the Guitar Hero music store, I will pay just about anything to get it. :-)

  145. 145 MattJamnik

I bought it the second I saw it up, which was the 30th I believe? But anyways, I love it. Worth every second I've waiting.

Good job RJ and keep up the impressive work. We love you.

Oh, and maybe its about time you set up a U.S. tour? I'd pay to see you.

  146. 146 David G

Maybe the Great One could do a CD signing tour at a keyboard outlets across this fruited plain. They could do cross promotion. You could buy the very same keyboard that Ronald Jenkees plays under his bedroom window, get some memorabilia signed and shake the hand that plays the hits. Hey, the meet and greet worked for Simmons. And this way the Great One doesn't have to work up an act. He'll just be signing so many CD's so fast that he'll have to buy one of those new water-cooled pens.

  147. 147 Db

first album I've bought in ages, well worth the wait, great stuff. love it!
    <3!

  148. 148 Aaron V

There was NO hesitation in hitting the buy button. Guitar Sound was worth all 10 dollars.

  149. 149 Caemgen

    Hi Ronald,

Just wanted to let you know that I've been blown away by your new album. It's amazing.
I'm listening to it non-stop and it's still growing on me. Well done! It was worth the long wait. I'm glad you've taken your time.

Keep up the good work, and know that there are thousands (if not millions) of people listening to and enjoying your music every day.
Your talent is unmatched and I would love to see you grow big. And you probably will. But please... please stay true to yourself.

Also... I'd like to give you (but also the visitors on your website) two links. These links will direct you to two tracks from Infected Mushroom. Maybe you've heard from them? Their music is very unique.
I'm sure you'll love the tracks and will get inspired by them.

  150. 150 Greg

RJ, thank you so much. I have been waiting for this album since hearing 'messing with guitar sounds' in March 2008. Long has been the road but a trip worth taking. Loving it!

  151. 151 Jus Setto

BADASs RJ... a true musical genius

  152. 152 Kedric

Awesome i have been waiting forever for this the samples sound great!! gonna buy it now!!!!

  153. 153 nick

    Chester-
not one of the songs on the album is the same as what was on you tube, yes throwing fire, stay crunchy disorganized fun and others have similar sounds, but if you listen closely specifically to disorganized fun, the beat and the lead are both slightly differently, (better i may add) then what was on you tube, he also changed every song quiet dramatically, and if you have not noticed each one is about twice as long as the you tube versions
ronald good work, you can tell there is allot of hard work put into these songs
hence why they are so drastically different then the you tube versions

  154. 154 brad

    love it, thanks RJ!

  155. 155 Mikey

Hurry and get them out on iTunes Pleeeeze.

  156. 156 Pleaase

Yeah and get them out in the physical form please :)

  157. 157 Savvy Veteran

I've already listened to it three times through, and it's every bit as good as I had hoped. Great work! Definitely worth the wait. You're such a talented guy.

  158. 158 HammerOC

Words.... words leave me when I want to explain how incredible this album is. Each track brought a new experience to my ears, some songs were moving and powerful, others fun and light hearted, but all representing massive amounts of talent. As mentioned in other comments, bring on the single release tracks and more youtube vids! Dude, you have so much charisma and charm, I was sold when I first saw your youtube account. :)

I loved all of the tracks, but I'm going to be the odd duck and give my favorite vote to Fifteen Fifty. They were all outrageously good, including your rap tracks, which have shown massive amounts of improvement since your first album (and I still love Ain't No Thang).

Have you ever considered doing work for Overclocked Remix? I know you prefer doing original works, but you would blow people away on that site. You could give their top remixers a run for their money! :D

Keep up the utterly FANTASTIC work. I can't praise you enough for this. Thank you, thank you, thank you, a million times over.

  159. 159 Chester

I owe Ronald and all the Jenkees fans who had to read my stupid comment about his album not being pure greatness a huge apology. Because it is indeed, Pure Greatness! It is literally dripping and oozing with it. Might get some on your hands, but it's OK, cuz it is Greatness. It's not something you clean up. You collect it, share it, spread it, enjoy it, and live with it. It truly does lift my spirits. I am very happy to finally have it, and will gladly wait for however long it takes for a third one to come into my life. I feel I can no longer wear the Title, Jenkees Fan, because of my comment and all the negativity I smeared all over a great artist, and a great man. For that I am truly, very sorry Ronald. As I am sorry for objecting all your fans to it. I hope you and all the fans who walk the Path of Jenkees can forgive me and my stupidity someday. I did mean what I said in my original post. I do think you are a gift to our existence and I love the essence of your music and what it brings us day after day. You are truly, Great!

  160. 160 Mike K

yo ronald itunes you said this thursday or next?

  161. 161 Caemgen

@ Chester: Wow, you can't be serious.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to a new vid on YouTube!

  162. 162 tim the enchanter

great work, i really enjoy the new tracks and how they kept all the good bits from the youtube videos, and improved on them. well done- i'm buying in on itunes

  163. 163 Jonathan

Well I bought this album just for the song "Guitar Sound", the others aren't really my style so I'm just writing to encourage you to write more in the same style as Guitar Sound, I'm sure there are a lot more people than me who really loves that one and want more in the same spirit

  164. 164 Tomas

Hello Ronald, good job, nice album. Especially "Guitar Sound".

  165. 165 SynMoo

Throwing Fire is putting chills down my spine. It lives up to the awesome YouTube vid.

    Stay Crunchy!

  166. 166 Mark

Ron....fantastic! Looking forward to listening to the new album. Some new improv stuff on youTube will be great when you can! I love that as much as the albums!! Thank You

  167. 167 Schiz

Nearly a year waiting for this album to come out, when I came to the site today and saw it my jaw dropped! RJ, you are the man! Did not disappoint. Can't wait for some new stuff to drop now from you

  168. 168 SARGE

    BRAVO! BRA-F*****G-OH!

Pardon my language but after waiting, what seems to be half my life for this album, its THAT good.

  169. 169 aaron

    very very nice

  170. 170 Victor Odarp

For me Ronald is the music God, there is no other explanation for his talent. I can't stop listening to your music bro and after the last cd, "all my hommies like to ride in my car" to listen it.

  171. 171 FunkyRenegade

  176. 176 Caemgen

I just LOVE the part from 2:58 and onwards in 'Outer Space'!

  177. 177 Alex

I am astounded with what you have done with this album. It REALLY is Disorganized Fun and I LOVE it! You were really feelin this one Ronald. Bravo!

  178. 178 Joe L

Got afew tracks today and def. plan on getting the rest of the album.

The first album was good, but this one just blows the other away. It's got way more originality. The tracks are longer. It really seems to have more "Jenkees style" b/c the tracks have more of that feeling like jenkees just went and did some serious jamming on the solos and comped a masterpiece.

I WAS wondering when this album was ever gonna come out but I am defiantly glad you didnt rush this one. It was worth the wait.

  179. 179 Chris Julian

I've been waiting awhile for this release and it was DEFINITELY worth it. The tracks are awesome, I feel it surpasses the first album. I can't wait for the physical CD, when that comes out I will definatly be buying it. Great job!

  180. 180 Jbiz

didn't hesitate for a second clicking that buy button.

been waiting for this album ever since i saw the guitar sound video on youtube a year ago. been checking this site every so often praying for this day to come.

Throwing Fire is an absolute masterpiece

  181. 181 Reese

BANANAS! Great job man. Keep it up!

  182. 182 SH

Wow, amazing! Thanks for this and keep up the good work!

  183. 183 andrew

Finally! The selfish part of me wants to scold you for taking too long and not capitalizing on your internet hype last year, but I'm just happy that you were able to get it done. Congratulations! Thanks for the great music.

Get that pre-order up man! It's funny because most music nowadays I just want digitally. But with your music I want the CDs.

I'd like to order two new CDs and two old ones. Will the interface allow for that?

I still have a signed copy of your first CD! :) I haven't listened to it in about 6 months, and it reminded me how well produced it was. And that was produced in '07! You have an amazing talent. Keep it up. best of luck!

  185. 185 Tom, Luke & Jake

    Hi Ronald,

Tom, Luke and myself have been watching your youtube vids for the last few hours.

Here's my 5 Star Itunes review I just posted:

    Simply Amazing!

Ronald Jenkees is back with his second groundbreaking CD "Disorganized Fun". Ronald takes you on a magical trip beyond what you could ever dream possible from a guy wearing funky hats and jamming on a keyboard. The CD takes you on a trip from "Outer Space" to "Throwing Fire" to my personal favorite, the mesmerizing "Stay Crunchy". The CD is magical, engaging and just plain fun! Every track on this album makes me smile when I listen to them. That's what it's all about. Don't miss this! Stay Crunchy Ronald!

  189. 189 Mikkel G.

    Hi Ronald!
Congratulations with the release of your new CD! I love it
Keep up the fantastic work, cant wait to hear more from you!

    Excellent CD!

  193. 193 Russell J

WAITED SOOOOO LONG BUT WAS WORTH IT
JUST DOWNLOADED ALBUM AND JUST SIMPLY.....
    *AMAZING* :-)
    JUST LOVE THAT GUITAR SOUND

  194. 194 br0adband

It's awesome to finally have the new album, so first off congrats on the completion of it. We've all waited a long time to hear the next masterpiece and it's on us. A lot of us were really anxious to hear "Guitar Sound" - as it didn't have a name on YouTube 'officially' that's as apt a name as one could expect I suppose.

So what did I think of it? Well... it seems to be right up in my face, but perhaps that's the point of it. I have to say I'm a wee bit disappointed because I had hoped to end up hearing something that was right in line with the YouTube version - and I can see from some comments at that particular video's page that some other folks are already asking for - make that HOPING for RJ to potentially do a 'remix' or release something more akin to that 'original' sound in the actual video. I do appreciate the very long mix (over 7 mins) but, some of us will hold out to get the original style mix. Maybe RJ will dump some of the potentials that he didn't end up keeping, sorta like the demos that led up to the final mix that's on the album.

As for the rest - since "Guitar Sound" was THE song I was waiting for - it's some pretty good damned stuff. The break halfway into "Throwing Fire" is pretty wicked evil cool work, nicely done. "Fifteen Fifty" hits me like something that would be absolutely perfect in some action movie soundtrack as the opening song... who knows, maybe someone will take note of RJ's genius and actually put it in a flick. Imagine when that happens how many people will cheer a recognizing one of his tunes... :)

The final "Stay Crunchy" is awesome as well, another great track with deft fingering and a great feel overall. The rest is fine, but they just don't grab me like those mentioned so far.

So again, congrats, Ronald, I do hope you get all the attention you deserve. And think about dropping some of those 'unreleased' potentials, especially whatever works exist for "Guitar Sound."

As always, your fans are listening... and thanks.

  195. 195 Tri

Your talent is simply amazing. I just bought your album, and I love the tunes, especially Guitar Sound. Best wishes Ronald.

    Cheers from California

  196. 196 Tommy

FINALLY! I know it'll be worth the wait, but I've been SOOOO anxious! Now my only dilemma is whether to wait for the physical copy or download them now. x_X such a hard choice! Ahhh! *pulls his hair out*

  197. 197 Jason

I think Tom Murphy hit it right on the nose with his criticism. I'm not going to reiterate what he said, since I am 100% in the same with him. What he said about releasing less "polished" albums more frequently is the key. I think RJ really poured his heart into this album and I think it's great, but through all the revisions, the songs have lost some of their spontaneous spirit.

Now. Waiting for the next album. ;)

  198. 198 Ghostpaw

If caffeine, jet fuel and electricity formed a band, this is the music they would make.

  199. 199 Dylan R

Love guitar sound. =) and everything else is AWESOME!

Im so glad to finally here the final version of Throwing fire!!!

  200. 200 David M.

I barely use my account for YouTube but I still remember when my friend posted a link on his Facebook about your music. After that day I was automatically hooked and have loved just about every piece you've composed. I held off on buying the old CD till your new one came out and I'll hold even longer so I can have them both autographed. YOU ARE THE MAN!! Keep up the awesome work!

  201. 201 Gundhardt

hei.you are a cool compositor.do you not have a yahoo messenger adress?contact me ID: agundhardt

  202. 202 George

It's gettin' rowdy is amazing btw man, you NEED to get Slow Jamz (for real this time) out! Would be an awesome change to your great upbeat stuff. Lookin forward to some youtube jams and well, anything that comes from you - keep it up, and have fun.

  203. 203 RenegadeSanta

YAY! Gonna order the physical CD when it's out, but are you gonna do the "Order 2 and Ill sign them" thing this time or was it too much with the first CD?

  204. 204 jUiCE~

CD sounds great dude! Can't believe it's been a whole year since I started to get hyped for it.

I love Fifteen Fifty and Outer Space. Although I feel the YouTube version of guitar sound was better.

Keep it up man, you're amazing.

  205. 205 RenegadeSanta

DOH!! I was so excited I didn't even read the whole post, including the part where you said you'd sign them. Also, I really like the sound of Outer Space. It's kinda, i dunno. Just awesome.

  206. 206 Chase

Holy %(#&T...The second half to Guitar Sound is UNREAL!!!! I was just blown out of my seat dude!!!!

  207. 207 Colin

Oh my god Ronald, this is amazing!

You've improved greatly since your last CD, and the results are obvious. I'm definitely going out to get a $10 iTunes card so I can download this as soon as I can. I can't wait.

    Thank you Ronald.

  208. 208 br0adband

After a LOT more listening, I have a request, so take it and do what you will with it, Ronald:

If you ever get inspired to do some more mmaterial similar to what's in "Inverted Mean" at about the 3:12 mark, please do so. I would absolutely love to get more music like that, laid back, a seriously jazzy piano groove. When I heard that part come in I was like "OMFG this guy needs to let it out, really..." because I know it's already in you... ;)

Several hundred listens in, still loving it... and spreading the word too.

  209. 209 Mendi

This is a great listen. I enjoyed it while watching the Perseid meteor shower early this morning. It gives you a very contented type of feeling. All smiles here.

    ~Mendi

  210. 210 XolinXi

    Here's my analysis LOL:

Fifteen Fifty: Sounds like video game music to me. Like maybe a strategy game or something.* Very nice

Disorganized Fun: My 3rd favorite. I like the change-ups from 1:52 - 2:21. Reminds me of Derty: It's the first song on the tracklist :P and it's full of energy.

Guitar Sound: Liked the extended version too bad it not like the one on youtube. :( (I really hoped it would be...) Still really great though

Synth One: I really this one! The strings, the syncopated synth in the background...etc. I listen to this on thesixtyone on repeat everyday! :D

Outer Space: I like this one so much cause the song matches the title way too much. Reminds me of one of the Rainbow Road song from Mario Kart* (either for GBA or DS, can't remember) at around 3:12 and Robocop by Kanye West at around 3:44.

Minimal MC: I like the unison in this one a LOT. Sounds very international and ambient, if you know what I'm talking about. Especially my favorite part that starts at 1:30.

Stay Crunchy: Very very nice. Nice touch-ups you added compared to the first release. I also really like that idea of distorting the electric piano sound to sound kinda like an overdrive electric guitar.

Throwing Fire: My 2nd favorite. I like the change up at 2:12 and all the drums and everything...and that gating effect you used on the main synth (I think it's a electric guitar... :S)

Inverted Mean: MY FAVORITE SONG OF ALL TIME RIGHT NOW. As you hopefully might see on my thesixtyone page (that you promoted to use.) I like when people mix classical with hip hop. I LOOVE the progressions and the strings and every RIGHT up to near the ending where it has this jazzy-R&B solo. And the drums again...everything's all so balanced, --OMG!!! (eargasm)-- it's the soundtrack to all the great things in my life. Bring so much good memories back that I almost start crying.

    Overall:
*I play alot of video games btw (LOL I'm only 13)

I'm a drummer so I guess that's why it's so interesting. It makes it even more impressive since you
don't play drums (according to yourself). I'm thinking of making a base track for you and you can
do a solo to it or something....whatever you want. It'll just seem cool. I'm good at starting it, but it
gets too repetitive when it comes to finishing a song.
Everything is just so amazing you impressed everyone that was a fan of the first album with even MORE BEAsTS (Masterpieces :D).

Now I'm gonna email this to you too just as a backup, cause I would like to know what you think.

  211. 211 Brian Gaertner

Congratulations! It must mean wonders of relief and accomplishment to finish your second work as a musician.

Sorry I'm late to the party, my internet was out for a month. I bought a new pc and it wouldn't connect.

Good news is I'll be among the first few to buy 2 of the physical cd's when they are available.

Again Congratulations. And I still owe you a hat.

  212. 212 Shawn P.

    Hey RJ,

This album is radical from what I've heard so far. I heard most of this as work in progress on your page upon YouTube. I will await the physical CD and purchase two as I did last time.

The only thing I am very sad about is that "Improv on a new beat! Had too much fun on this one. X2" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEcckX1kHWI) was not included on this album. Besides Throwing Fire, I was looking forward to that the most.

Is there at least anyway you can make a blog post as to why you decided to leave those out and do you plan to put them out at a later date as perhaps a random mp3, which can be bought?

Thank you for your great music and keep rockin'!

  213. 213 Mourad

holy shooooooot! is it you singin in lets ride? sick!!!!!

  214. 214 Kenny

Ronald, please make a youtube video and let us know about how the reaction has been, how the album is selling!

  216. 216 Jon Norwood

Sweet dude. I can't remember the last time I was excited about a CD being released. You should sell this on Amazon.com as well as iTunes, just a thought.

  218. 218 Oakley Armstrong

Ronald man, you have outdone yourself. Each note is in perfect harmony and rhythm with the next, each showing off your technical prowess.
And the fact that 56k has now been adopted as my vocational schools tech class official theme song.

  219. 219 TheFrenchFan

Well, I already told you that a long time ago by mail, but you are just an AWESOME artist!!

Wish I could wait to receive it in France but i Couldn't so i just downloaded it from iTunes :-D

  222. 222 thestv

Probs cooming out from Kiel Germany

  225. 225 Dude

    Hello again from Munich!

I know you just gave birth to your second masterpiece, but here's something I'd like to see/hear as a longer jam-session on youtube:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=US&v=zcW3iYX7UPQ

This one got so f**king much potential, a typical Jenkees...
But seriously, i think this video lets us all take a little peek into the future.
A bright future, I might add...

  226. 226 randyg

Great stuff, Ronald! Keep it up!!

  227. 227 Tamzin

I just bought the new album off your site, not listened to it yet as it's still downloading, I'm almost wetting myself with anticipation though! This is the best day of the @#^$& $@ year! SO HAPPY it's out can't WAIT to listen omfg! /drool

  228. 228 Tamzin

Listened to whole thing twice now. It's amazing it's incredible! The fact you've got it done independently and out there using the internet is totally inspirational too! The music is just amazing I really love some of the tracks and will be playing them over and over for the rest of my life for sure.

Now... while your musical skills are exceptional, your engineering skills are very minimal at best, I wish I'd engineered this for you I'd have done it all for free. It would be such a simple thing to make it so much better if you knew some of the fundamentals of mastering/mixing. Also, in your sequencing, especially of the drums, you need to learn about 'swing', it will make it SO much better! Try to study up on it and also play with and learn how you push the beat a little ahead or behind the beat sometimes, there's not really the space here to explain everything but I'd kill to have a day with you and teach you some things about syncopation and beat programming. But anyway, FANTASTIC ALBUM! Thank you! :-)

ps - to the dude who posted the Magic Mushroom links, love'em too good choices!

  229. 229 Mitch

Ronsonite, I'm no music engineer but this sounds amazing in our house.

"Rowdy" is my son's new favorite rap and the end of Fifteen Fifty reminds me that good music gives me energy to get things done. Go for CD3!

  230. 230 David

Love the new CD RJ, pure genius. Keep'em coming man.

  231. 231 Levi R.

It was a tough wait but all's well now. Thanks man, good stuff.

  232. 232 jim boubalikis

hi ronald...!!! iam from greece and i can't find your CD ...tell me what can i do ....thanks

  233. 233 Tamzin

jim boubalikis, you have to download it, or wait for it to be available on CD some time soon then order it over mail order, you won't find it in any shops in Greece unfortunately sorry to say :(

Best is to buy the download then if you know how, you can burn it onto CD if you want it on CD too.

  234. 234 Dude

@Tamzin: Maybe that's why many of RJ's fans think that the videos are more "alive" than the final versions on the CD.

One of my first thoughts after hearing the new album was: "Gee - imagine how that would sound if THAT was done in a professional studio with a professional at the mixer.

    Just my unqualified 2 cents.

Don't get me wrong, ROnald! I love the album, it even exceeded my high expectations! :))

  235. 235 George

    My life is complete. Winnnn

  236. 236 Joe

Great job. This cd and the prince trilogy are the only cds I've bought in the last year. And this one was a million times better than the prince cds.

  237. 237 f.wilhelm

I bought the new album yesterday - it blows me away! Ronald, you ARE an inspiration, thank you for your great music.

    This album was worth waiting...
I like "Guitar Sound" the most, especially the twists of mood inside it and that it is full seven minutes long ;)

    Greets from Germany.

I hope to see you on YouTube soon. I miss some cool Ronald Jenkees :)

    Keep it going, RJ ;)

    Peace

  249. 249 Richard

    Hi, congrats on the release

First impression is that I think "fifteen fifty" is an incredible song. Somehow when listening I imagine lyrics on top of it though :)

  250. 250 Nick

you've done a great work....i accidentlly find you on youtube, listen to you, and finally found something that for a long time i've been searching...thx for so great music....

  251. 251 Alexey

Hi, Ronald. I'm Алексей from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. First, sorry for my poor english =) Your music is great. It's something awesome! Since you uploaded demo "Messin with a guitar", I loved it so much. In russian, there is word "волшебный" (magic). Your guitar sounds is волшебные! Thank you for that great sounds.
Now i have that melody in good quality, and repeating it more and more. Please, dont stop! Mike Shinoda was right - you is unique artist, and your music have your own unique style.
Now, i some drunk and my vocabulary run out for synonym of "the best, the very best!".
I think, you have to know: very various people in various countries listening for you and they like it very much.

    P.S.: Now playing "03. Guitar Sound.mp3"

  252. 252 Alexey

Ooooh yeah, gravatar is working! =)

  253. 253 Stryker13

Been following you since the start(or at least since Bill Simmons discovered you). I thought your last album was something special but you managed to outdo yourself. I think Messing with a Guitar sound may be my favorite of the bunch but it is hard to pick. I wish i was an MMA fighter so I could make a ring entrance to one of theses songs. The crowd would be in a frenzy I'm sure. Keep em coming Jenks and best of luck.

  254. 254 Jeremy Clay

Full video done with your track Ron. Thanks again.

    http://www.vimeo.com/6180036

  255. 255 Svish

Hey! How about getting your tunes on Spotify? :D

  256. 256 Naveen

I have no idea how anyone less of a genius can compose and play music such as yours.

  257. 257 Anthony Martinez

Long time Youtube follower and just bought the CD. Awesome stuff RJ! I'm going to use Guitar Sounds as my teams introduction song in NHL 10 when it comes out.

  258. 258 Mark

Jenkees, you did it again! The new CD sounds great, just downloaded it from iTunes and can't stop listening to it. All the songs sound great and Disorganized Fun is my favorite ever since you posted it on YouTube. I love the punchy synth! Thanks once again for sharing your works and talent with the world.

  259. 259 RasimRus

    Finally YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  260. 260 David G

OK, when is your next CD coming out? C'mon RJ, throw us dogs a bone! Shake up the world! Don't go Lindsey Buckingham on us and take ten years for your next opus. There's more to this life than living, man. You haven't released an album for two weeks! Make some more tracks, dude!

You could do covers of the greatest hits of the Statler Brothers if you are hurting for material, you know: ...counting flowers on the wall, that don't bother me at all, playing solitaire till dawn, with a deck of fifty-one...now don't tell me...I've nothing to do..."

Think about what you could do with lyrics like that! The world isn't your oyster, RJ. No, the world is your gold mine! Put those supple hands to an ore pick and get to digging!

I remain, as always, your #6 fan worldwide.

    But of course,

    David G.

  261. 261 Brian

I'm in the military deployed to the desert right now and can't get my hands on the new music till I get back. But I have been able to sample the songs and all I have to say is, coming home is going to be that much sweeter!!!

  262. 262 Kotuku

You've got so much talent man, I encourage you to push forward!!! as you have got what it takes to shape a future!!! of new music, mad love and blessings!!!

  263. 263 supaman dat ho

ohh man, the wait was worth it! I was mad at the beginning of the summer when you kept postponing it, but you managed to keep it raw you!

    outer space = f-ing brilliant

disorganized fun = god in music

guitar sound = i can't think of anything else thats better

my god man, these are great

  264. 264 Mitch

Ronald, awesome as always. Much respect man!

  265. 265 vincent_vincent

Man , you just go wherever you wanna go , aren't you ?

this is the only thing i could came up to put the feeling ( when listening to your music ) into words .

  266. 266 Jeff N

    Hey Jenks,
So I was frustrated like most people when we were told the CD was being postponed. Obviously from your perspective they needed fixing and tuning but from what I heard I loved the youtube versions of Throwing Fire, Outer Space, Guitar sound, and Disorganized fun. Now that I have the full album I realizse what you meant about perfecting the craft. No sense in putting it out there unless it's done right. Well worth the wait.
I don't know if you'll read this but I was a huge fan before as well. I bought A physical CD, downloaded the CD, and then bought another for my brother and realized only after that I could have gotten them signed had I bought them together. I guess I won't make the same mistake this time.
I was only a little disapointed that the "Improv on a new beat X2" didn't make it to the new CD. I love that track so much you have no idea. Could you possibly release it as a bonus track. I'm sure plenty of people such as myself would pay the 1$ or more to download it.
    Come on Ronald! PLEEEEAAAASE!?!?!?!

  267. 267 force89

hell ya dude!!!! love your music keep rockin it brother!!!

  268. 268 Michiel

Dude, you're brilliant. May your inspiration be endless and your music fruitfull.
I'm addicted for sure. Keep it up!

  269. 269 mike

you need to make more raps lets ride is so awesome dude!!!! I didnt think it was you singing at first..lol

  270. 270 Neil

Excellent work. I don't like the two rap songs, but the other 9 tracks made up for it =).

  271. 271 Lukasz X-Ray from Poland

a few months ago i was hear You YT "messing with a guitar sound" and I fell in love in this sound. So I allowed myself a little fun with this track. Here are the results of my fun:
    http://grayscale.scene.pl/msx/messin_with_a_guitar_sounds.mp3

    Thanks Ronald for the inspiration!
    I love You Man! ;)

  272. 272 Nicholas

Wish I could get it but I doubt it could ship to here. So I'll just have to live with having to download them off iTunes

  273. 273 Aran

Wow. Bought it on iTunes a couple weeks ago and I have to say, this is better than your first. More I listen to it, more I appreciate it. Keep up the good work, sir.

  274. 274 Maria

SICKKK. man. i love you and your songs cause they are AMAZING! it was totally worth the wait.

  275. 275 Jade

Killer new CD. I'm really feeling it. You put a lot of heart into the songs and it shows.

I know you're a FL Studio guy but have you tried Ableton? I think it might open some doors on the creating side.

    Thanks for the fun.

  276. 276 Petra

I first heard you on Pandora and straight away bought your new album on iTunes. I just listened to it the whole way through. Excellent work. You have come a long way since the first CD, and I loved the first. Make more music and I will buy more music, young man.

  277. 277 Torley

Friendly greetings Ronald and each & everyone! Checking out the previews now... and +1 on the Ableton tip. :)

About damn time, Ronald! Both CDs ordered and I am looking forward to the music :)

  285. 285 Jillz

How do you improve on the original Jenks album?... Well, Step 1: you have some DISORGANIZED FUN !!!

  286. 286 Jillz

    Ringtone'd FTW!!! :)

  287. 287 Orlando

I thought your Youtube versions were awesome, but the improved songs blow those out of the water by far.

  288. 288 Jack

Hey Ronald, I'm a grad student, I don't have a job right now, no income. $12 to me is like $500 for anyone else. I've been a huge fan for a long time - I want to admit that I downloaded your songs from a torrent site. HOWEVER, as soon as I can lay my hands on $24 I am going buy both your albums - that's a promise. Your music is fantastic, and I want to support you. Keep up the good work.

  289. 289 Karl G

Definitely worth the wait! I've listened to the CD in full at least a dozen times now and it just keeps getting better. Never give up doing what you do!

  290. 290 RICHIE

Dude you got some sick music i love them, keep doing your thing

  293. 293 cobradie

Excellent work, I just hope you would release material more often and especially youtube videos.

I'm especially loving Let's Ride, didn't know what to think at first, but after listening to it a few times I'm hooked.

Not such a big fan of Fifteen Fifty, Synth One, Minimal MC and Inverted Mean.. but who knows maybe they will grow on me too.

How about some update here on what you're doing and planning to do in the future? I know it would be appreciated by many who are actively following you.

    Keep it up!

  294. 294 Dudee

Yeah as said before, some new youtube videos would be nice.
But great work on the album, i listen to it every day. I love nearly every song! Especially Throwing fire, Disorganized fun and lets ride.

Sorry to take so long to get back to your site - but very surprised and pleased to see that you finished "Disorganized Fun" (great name, BTW)...

Every song has great polish and really shows that you put some time and effort into the finished product. Well worth the long wait.

Once again, your music inspires me to continue my own musical projects...just when I need it the most.

    Stay crunchy, dude :)

  299. 299 Daniel

  300. 300 Simon Legare

Ronald Jenkees...what should I say. You are a shining light among all these music stars. You deserve the best in you future career. The album was worth waiting. If you pass by Québec, don't feel shy to tell me! Namaste!

  301. 301 Henk

Ordered the old and new album, I can't wait to hear them, and have them in my hands! Love you and your work Jenkees, such an inspiration! Keep it up! :D

  304. 304 Eric Amundson

Awesome! Thanks Ronald! My wife and I have been waiting eagerly for the new CD since we bought your last CD.

Your digital artistry is perfect company for a codemonkey. :)

  305. 305 Morgan MADrums Ent

Man once again you have made the best single produced music ive heard this year. Keep up the great flow...

  306. 306 Börje Renudd

I'm a great fan of your music Ronald, but I have to say that you have somewhat "overproduced" this album a bit.
Wheres the energy you showed in the youtubes? Thats what I love about the music you make. The pure energy and raw keysmashing that just hits in the right spot in every keystroke. I was sooooo waiting for this album, but I got a bit disappointed. :| What I would like to see is the youtubes converted to mp3, and released. THATS the true you! You cut the edge of yourself on this album. Still a fan though, but I might just stick to the youtubes instead of buying the mp3's.

  307. 307 Vincent

Interesting, I was leafing through the comments and the last one on the list by Börje is the only one I found which reflects my thoughts. I have listened to the album a number of times now, and every time I get the same feeling: there is too much work in the tunes, I much prefer the YouTube versions. Overall it is still a pretty good album, and I am quite glad I bought both of them, I want to encourage you to continue. In my opinion (and am I no music expert) I would stick to the simpler tunes like the YouTube videos for future releases.
    Peace.

  308. 308 G.Salinas

This album is dripping with life and that's no exaggeration. I don't understand the comparisons between his youtube songs to a studio CD. If I want to watch him play and listen to his live youtube stuff, I go watch it on youtube. Don't complain that it doesn't sound like the youtube video when you get a well produced CD.

  309. 309 TurboChef

You NEED to buy this if you haven't. So many epics tunes it makes me want to lather myself in gravy. IT'S THAT SMOOTH!

  310. 310 Meg

So, Mr. Jenkees, I'll chime in with others and ask: how are things going for you now? Has life changed since the July release?

  311. 311 Josh

I got both your CD's today in the mail. What a welcome surprise! Thanks for signing them for me.

  312. 312 Sebastian

    I Finally Got it!!!! :D

When I saw the package on the table I had no doubt - The CD's had arrived.

Well I got nothing - absolutely nothing - to say about the tracks. You know how we all feel about your tracks. No words are needed my friend. And if there were would be too many.

Thank you for all amazing your work.

    I Love Your Work !

    Greeting from
    Sebastian, Denmark

  313. 313 Steve

I just found out! AWESOME!!!!! (I d/l as I type this)

I have been waiting for this music for thousands of years!

Ronald you are the man of men on that k/b!

  325. 325 Jurgen Brouwer

Absolutely love your second album! Thank you very very much mister Jenkees! ^^

  326. 326 Hans

    I LOVE YOU RONALD JENKEES!!

  327. 327 Sauli Karttunen

I just ordered 2x your new cd, I bought 2x your previous cd's too, other one went to my father as gift (he really said, as 65y, "this guy can really _play_ music" :). You really are so much worth to support. I ordered those as "international", doesn't matter if it will take some time but even first CD has music I just really like so much, absolutely favorite is "Loui". Some friends of mine also have said thanks to me as to mention your music to them, they really _like_ your music.

  328. 328 Rex

    you're the man.

  329. 329 Tiderman

Just purchased two of your physical CD's. I have been listening to your tunes on youtube for over a year and I mean.. Wow. I will treasure them always.

  330. 330 Louie

    Helloooo Ronald!

I just bought your CD some days ago and I'm waiting for it. I just want to say that you're a really awesome musician! I love your style and songs.

Can't wait for the CD. I often just download songs but this time I bought it cause I think you really deserve the money for this CD. Other artists get money for their work anyway (concerts and stuff).

BTW I bought 2 CD's just for the autograph, don't know what I'll do with the extra CD xD.

Peace! I'd really like a reply to this! :)

  331. 331 RolandFan07

'disorganized fun' made me feel happy in a way i haven't felt for along time.

Your always happy. You display such innocence. If only the world had more people like you.

  332. 332 luam

I have to be honest here. I enjoy most of the songs, but they sound... unpolished. There are clearly performance mistakes that are fine in just that, a live performance, but should in no circumstances be present on a finished album. It would be like leaving in a bunch of mistakes on a professional piano CD. It just doesn't happen. You want to hear the music, not the mistakes from the artist.

It seems like some of the recordings were taken directly from the Youtube videos, which would explain some of the mistakes. How hard would it have been to re-record and correct them? WHY were they left in? It's just baffling.

Also, the instruments implemented in some of the songs sound a little unprofessional. Sometimes I feel like I'm listening to the soundtrack of a Sonic the Hedgehog game, heh. The first CD was much better in this regard, as well as the craftsmanship displayed in the songs.

I also think some of the musical ideas could have been expanded upon, especially in Stay Crunchy. It had the potential to be a masterpiece, but instead feels incomplete and lacks the feeling it has the potential for.

Overall, a good effort that could have been great. The overlooked imperfections that could have been easily fixed and the other things I mentioned really bring it down from being a superb album.

  333. 333 Kim Bardoorian

    Hi Ronald,

Found your music on the tube--incredible! Just bought a keyboard (Yamaha ypt410) couple of weeks ago, for me and my granddaughter--I'm 60 and she's 8! Never played before. Both enjoying it. Hope she can play somewhere near the way you do someday!
Also, really love your "laid back jam-for peeps" on youtube and hope you can include it maybe in another CD! We just bought your 1st two!
Thanks for your music!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kim & Ella

  334. 334 Michelle S

Enjoying this cd so much. The more I listen the better it gets. You are a true musical genius, Ronald. It's mind-blowing. Congratulations on another exceptional release! iTunes is great, but I'm gonna have to order the hard copies for xmas gifts.

  336. 336 dom

    dude...i told you

    DON'T OVERPRODUCE

i just bought "outer space", my favorite track and it's butchered. the soul is gone. i'm sorry, man, i'm a fan, but definitely just can't justify buying the cd.

  337. 337 dom

that said, i would pay $10 EACH just for high quality mp3's of the original jams you put on youtube.

  338. 338 Michelle P

    Ronald,

I just got your cd's as a late birthday gift from a friend. I really wanted them and was extremely excited to get them. I checked the mail just before I was going to bed and saw them and just had to open them and listen before I could even go to sleep. lol

I absolutely love your music. You have such an amazing talent and I'm so overjoyed to see it being appreciated and used to give your life fulfillment. You do what you feel and what you have fun with and that's exactly what makes you Ronald Jenkees and not just another another corporate artist.

    Keep on keepin' on! :)

  339. 339 Daniel

Cool stuff Mr. Keep it up.
Absolutely agree just have fun with it , jamm, enjoy the time and one things lead to another. You are really good ,waiting for more guy.

  340. 340 Gordy

    Hey man,

I spent 10.5 hours in the library studying yesterday and all I wanted to listen to was this album and Yann Tiersen. It's so dope man. Thanks for putting it out, back to the library for me dude.

  341. 341 Andrew

New CD has a great balance of high energy and lounge hip hop. I would love to see you perform live and obviously you can play on the spot since you post videos on youtubes. I URGE you to start touring. your personality and music would be perfect for live shows. You already have enough publicity, fans, and demos to get booked at any venue or club.
So if you do decide to sometime, please come to Indiana University in Bloomington, I'm sure Blue Bird or Bishop would hook you up!

Again awesome job on the 2nd cd and already can't wait for the third.

  342. 342 Merize

I love your CD! Keep'em coming those beats!
    - Something to comment, I really liked the old "guitar sound" track, rough and faster style :(

Thank you RJ! Greetz from Chile.

  343. 343 jesse

  351. 351 husker89

Dude RJ, im a huge fan and so is one of my buds that works with me at best buy, me and him both talked and agree YOU FRICKEN RULE DUDE, we both think you should look into doing shows, concerts in different areas!!! think about it dude, and if you get serious into it don't forget about good ol NEBRASKA DUDE!!! later

  352. 352 David G

Ah, the soul is never gone, could never be gone. For Ronald Jenkees is THE Soul Brother of the Serenghetti Plains, my friends. That's SBSP for those of you keeping score during the midnight watch. The one who believes the Master overproduces anything is missing the point. And what is the point, you may ask? The point is that RJ, the SBSP of Beatville, is only finished when he's done. And not before, for before was good, but done is better. We all love mashed potatoes, but RJ won't serve that meal till the spuds are drowning in butter. And that's why they call him Señor Mantequilla south of the border, my friends.

    He always goes on smooth.

  353. 353 kahue

i'm so glad it's finally out. not as good as the first album but i like it. nice work dude

  354. 354 carameljack

Ronald Jenkees you are an absolutly awsome person, you sound like a nice guy, hope you email me one time. i look up to you.
    your faithly Jack Calamela

  355. 355 luam

This record is not overproduced at all. Especially not Outer Space.

  356. 356 Max(Russia)

    It's wery n1ce sound!You super-man!)

  357. 357 Jenna

Your music is amazing! You are my idol. I've always wanted to learn how to play piano. Not that I heard some of your music, I want to start learning how to play. I'm planning on getting your cd's.. Stay crunchy is my favorite song..

    Good luck on making music!

  358. 358 kim andre

ah I am downloading this from itunes right now, thanks, I love you man, you are a true genius. truth told,

    regards kim andre

  359. 359 Anthony

Yay, CD is finally out. Great stuff, love the music. Keep it up, Jenkees!

  360. 360 EF Huttin'

Not only did I NOT illegally download this, when my friends ask me if I'll burn them a copy, I'll tell them to go support the artist.

Since so few albums are worth paying for these days, it's never a problem to spend the money when the music is worth it.

    Keep doing what you do.

  361. 361 MAXimator

    hi ron!
i'm so glad that i get your second album now. you are a real genius! i love your playing style sooo much, you are UNIQUE!

  362. 362 Freaky

Hi Ronald your music is exceptional, your a Genius I'm looking in gathering some cash next month to get your album.

    Best of Luck!

    You are Awesome!

  363. 363 Steph

I'm addicted to your music! It's fascinating and inspiring! Keep up the awesome work =D

  364. 364 Paul Banyard

  367. 367 Wesley Moore

This is the best type of techno/hip-hop music that i've ever heard. I think that you are gonna become a legend

  368. 368 Mcaramen

RJ, man you out did yourself with the new cd.
Keep it up, i love it.
thanks for gracing our ears with your masterful tunes.

  369. 369 ac

I made the comment year or so ago suggesting you get a professional onboard and use the youtube sound as reference as that's what people are familiar with. I heard the mp3 version of Stay Crunchy now and while it's certainly not bad it would seem you did not pay full attention to what I said. The mp3/cd version seems lacking in bass and the rough "raw"/edgy feel present in the lower end for lack of better words.

Fortunately I think correcting this problem is possible but applying a new bass layer straight on top of the full mix doesn't have the best results. The bass drum also needs some extension in time and depth it just seems quite plain/dull compared to the other stuff going on.

On the flip side, I LOVE improing with bass synth so doing that on top of this track should work very well as there's nothing going on there. Theres just enough room for vocal too but I think that would take away from the melody.

  370. 370 ac

Another difference is that in the tube version the melody has more body -presumably due to the rest of the sound mixing with before recording.

You would do yourself and the fans a favor by sticking with making the music (the actual playing side of things) and leaving the recording and mixing to someone who does that stuff and has a track record you like. If you need help finding one you could go worse than asking at thewombforums.com

  371. 371 dennis

you are the most awesomist musical person ever to enter the world.... you should go onto america's got talent i've watched nearly all your videos on youtube..U ROCK!!!!!!!rj

  372. 372 Herb Jones

It is hard for me to fathom why certain people feel the need to critique this work. This man is an artist- this music is produced and released how HE envisions it- and you either like it, or you don't. To criticize this work, in my opinion, would be like someone telling DaVinci that Mona Lisa should've been a blonde. While it is unfortunate that some people feel like they would have liked certain songs better if this or that were different, they remain true to the artists musical ideas. Furthermore, to consider that your own critique or ideas on improving the body of work of an artist would be for the benefit of the entire fanbase is...well, arrogant. Let the art be what it is, a gift. A phenomenally unique and infinitely enjoyable gift. That said- I LOVE IT. Thanks Ronald!

  373. 373 Ghostpaw

Herb hit the nail on the head. The arrogance and condescension of some of the comments "You should have do it this way" or "You didn't listen to what I told you to do" are ridiculous. The sounds he picked and the mix he made is the one that seemed right at them moment. His music has obviously had a lot of impact on a large number of people. So right or wrong something seems to have worked. I'd rather listen to Ron's stuff than a lot of the "properly produced" garbage out there. Like it or not, a mix is subjective, and the definition of "correct mix" changes (how many would remix Dark Side of the Moon or Abby Road if given the chance). Approach it with a new attitude. You might discover he was going a different direction than you first realized. If his music were poems we'd be enjoying the imagery, metaphors and wisdom while some of you gripe about the typeface and the paper.

  374. 374 yo

    yo, DOM, you're DUMB!
The album is not over freakin produced- CD's were meant for giving the listeners a refined work of art, and if you want raw soul, that would be the purpose of the vids dude. It wouldn't seem right if RJ just put out less than his best.

  375. 375 Krackers87

Hey man where has Ronald gone? its like 4 months and complete quiet.. he touring yet?

  376. 376 Jeremy

Where has Ronald gone? Off to buy a Gallardo, perhaps? :D

  377. 377 ade

  379. 379 Dave

Dr.J., People will call you what they will...I'll call you Dr.J. if it's cool with you. Anyone who is as good as you at what they do should be called Doctor anyway. I just wanted to say what a wikid thing you've created for yourself. It's only going to get better and you deserve it all bro. Someone said great opportunities are missed because they are dressed in overalls and look like work. I love the fact that you don't care about the overly critical people. Criticism is good and everyone has an opinion, but it's just hilarious when you can sense their jealousy because you've blown them out the water with your music. Just bought your CD's. I've heard all your stuff 100 times but the day the discs arrive is going to be one awesome day. BTW, I love it all, but 2:09 to 2:39 of Outer Space is just plain magic and the ending to Derty makes me laugh it is such a ridiculously good ending to such a raw song.

    Ebb & Flow...

    Good CD

Hope the next one doesn't take as long I want to have a collection of RJ

  381. 381 Brian Gaertner

Hey Ron, glad you've finished your latest creative project. Here's an update for myself. The book I was writing has turned into a movie screenplay. I'm working, collaborating, with a close friend and we're coming close to some real progress. I hope in a week - a month we'll have it finished.

I'll keep you posted on the details but it's really coming to a head.

Take care man, and I haven't taken your cd out of my car player in months.

    That good!

  382. 382 Petter

Hey man, are this album going to come out at spotify? It would be really awesome! :D

  383. 383 Jonathan

    Hey Ronald!
I've been there since the beginning and I admire you work but there's only one thing I'm asking...

PLZ o PLZ do smthing about the beat you came up with a while ago mixing hip/hop and techno titled rannndom improv jams!!!!

Everyday I listen to this song and it's a HUGE HIT in my heart...

The new CD is perfect but I was really expecting this song to be on it...

Take care and take it ez my friend~

  384. 384 dan

@Jonathan - man you're right, i forgot about hearing that on youtube a while back. it's a great beat, should definitely be finalized some day - i'd love some new rj content, and i'd gladly pay too

  385. 385 Peter B

I always enjoy a healthy dosage of Jenkees during the course of the day.
I take one dosage in the morning
    one in the afternoon
    and then all night long.

Keep pumping out that creativity RJ as I am now dependent on it.

Speaking of which I'm sure I speak for everyone when we await a new video from you. I don't particularly care what about. Maybe you can do a quick 2 min improv recording thing like you used to. Not that I'm making a fanboi command here. I definatly can't put a cap on your musical prowess.

  386. 386 tkc

You give me inspiration to be creative. I love electronic music and you have the best i have ever heard.

Disorganized fun - fun with a hint of badass....yep i think i taste badass
Fifteen Fifty - soft yet titilating
Guitar Sound - minute 4:40 is the sickest. Blows my mind and ears to bits
Synth One - trippy and transcendent
Throwing fire- wow, can someone get me a wet wipe..genius
Minimal MC - Juicy and sweet
Stay Crunchy- i think my ear wax is crunchy after listening to this way to many times. Awesome
    Inverted Mean- 10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10 = mean of 10
Outer Space - Somebody call Houston cause we have a problem...i am lost in space....ridiculous.

If sick could get sick...you'd be the sickest. Congrats and keep up the good work

  392. 392 David G

This is the legend of the great RJ
    The funkiest dude alive today
He released a disc and then one more
Then had some issues with the online store
He pulled it together in the nick of time
Now we bop to the drop so sweetly sublime
What happened to him now nobody knows
We all got the jones for his youtube hellos
Those last few months ran him into the ground
He must be content not releasing a sound
But his handful of critics they never will learn
Like MacArthur he'll make a dramatic return

  393. 393 Nick

Disorganized Fun is now my new favorite track! love the Album

  394. 394 NotYou

  395. 395 Mr. Meyer

    Hey Ronald.
just found you a week ago, i've listened to your music several hours a day since, all of my friends like it to. We were wondering if you'd ever come to Scandinavia (around Denmark perhaps) to play a concert? That would be so fucking crazy. I think a lot of people here, would love you, if they ever get to hear about you.. you're totally amazing.

  399. 399 Justin Pounds

I would just like to say keep it up. You, Mr. Jenkees, are an inspiration and a mentor to all young goofer troopers on the keys. To me you are a god and are a constant motivator for me to continue doing what I love the most which is making music. I wish nothing but the best for you and hope that your journey making music is a long prosperous one.

    P.S.
Stay on it, we need more innovators to keep making beautiful music for a world in need. Forget them haters they just dont know. Underground Omaha, NE sends it's love.

    your biggest fan,

Ronald Jenkees is the reigning King of the Universe, which is really the only office left for him now. He is, of course, the single greatest living organism on this side of the galaxy. Ronald has been laying low lately, simply because he has discovered he has the power to alter both societal and musical evolution merely by uploading a video to these nets. That's right, my friends, Ronald Jenkees lives at Crushing Depth, and those of you who play at deep sea diving know exactly what powers he wields in those frisky digits. I, for one, am grateful Ronald's hands do not shake, for with one slip of the keys he could wipe out the human race on four continents. Indeed, a single bum note could render us all down to quivering lumps of flesh in just seconds. When you are packing that much heat, as Ronald does at any given moment, it's best to tread lightly. Thankfully, we have at the helm a Master of all things Music, with nothing but calm seas and blue skies ahead.

    All Hail the King!

  402. 402 AV

It's been a long time since I found a new artist I really. Ronald, you're the baddest man on the keys I've ever seen. I live in Louisville, hope to see you live one day! Best of luck. Keep pumpin out those dope tracks!

  403. 403 Ralph

I only heard about three seconds of each song and knew that I would buy this album like the last one. Ron you never sease to amaze me with your wizard like styles with the synthesizer/keyboard. A one man show for certain. How would you do if you were to create a remake of an Isley Brothers track any track doesnt matter just pick a Isley Brothers song and do what you do with it summer breeze, footstep, in between the sheets, Atlantis, love caravan, pick one and bring it new life the way ron jenkees would. Keep on doing what you do man I'm a big fan and love to ride by my friends leaving them saying who is that? Thats nice wonder if I could put a rhyme to that?
